This charming residence was built around a spectacular natural environment that is led by a 200 year old Guanacaste Tree, who is the "king" of the garden. This amazing garden is composed of 15 different varieties of palm trees, numerous types of flowers and orchids as well as indigenous trees. With this natural setting and its diversity, this property is constantly visited with dozens of birds that include hummingbirds, parrots, toucans, trogons, tanagers, and owls, amongst others.
