The municipality has finally issued a building permit that allows the pools they destroyed to be rebuilt. Photos of the original pools are attached, the new ones will be as close as possible to the originals. Construction will start right away.
Also attached are photos of a condo furnished to give an idea of the layout. All condos are very similar inside. The ones we are selling are not furnished.
All tenants were notified that their leases would not be renewed, however, leases will end at various times between now and April. Many tenants move out before the end of their lease when they locate somewhere else to live. There are two options for a prospective buyer.

Construction on the deluxe pool complex continues at a rapid pace. There will be a large, shallow jacuzzi pool with seating all around, a waterfall into the deep swimming pool which will have a beach and of course controlled jungle landscaping.
