This beautiful home is in an exclusive community with hiking trails, tennis courts, pool and rancho for parties. The owners have really spent a lot of time and energy on the well-manicured and beautiful gardens found in and around the home. The mature gardens offer an oasis of nature which makes this home stand out from all others in the community. When you walk through the main door you immediately sense something unique. You feel like sitting in the jungles of Costa Rica, while being conveniently close to shopping, airport, and entertainment options. There is no detail left unturned in this home. The high-end accordion doors open the home up to the incredible views of its surroundings. The pool is part of the center courtyard and is Bali inspired with its infinity edge that suspends over the manicured gardens, forest, and creek that borders the land. The caretaker’s quarters, which include a bedroom and full bathroom are found off the garage with its own independent entrance. The second floor of Casa Mariposa Private Oasis in Exclusive Community hosts two of the three bedrooms and an informal living room. The master bedroom faces the forest and creek and has a private patio just off the foot of the bed. This patio is just perfect for reading while relaxing in the canopy of the forest. The open master bathroom has a glass enclosed shower with views to the forest and two large rain shower heads. Once again Bali inspired with a twist. The master also consists of 2 closets. There is an additional informal living/tv room on the second floor as well.
