When you enter the house, the large screen TV is on the wall to the left, and the interior dining area is just to the right. There is abundant storage areas as well. The pool is an "L" configuration with a shallow area for lounging and perfect for children. The pool surround is all coralina which has, by many builder's estimation, become cost-prohibitive. It is always cool, even in intense equatorial sun. The property is located about 10 minutes from the grocery store and other of the many conveniences & services of Uvita.
