Soon to be income-producing avocado ranch with substantial potential. Less than a year from complete harvest with 250 avocado trees. These trees were carefully created by starting with the Simmonds Avocado Tree and then grafting the bone of a Hass Avocado Tree into the trunk of the Simmonds Tree to produce the Hass Mejorado Avocado Tree. These trees were planted in 2019 and will be in complete harvest in 2025. Mature trees are expected to produce a minimum of 400 Avocados per year.

The Ranch has been certified as organic, so the avocados will be sold with that certification, causing their market value to be much higher than non-organic avocados. Our Organic Certification Engineer is always available to assist with Organic products. Our excellent long-term staff will happily continue working with the new owners. Serenity Ranch has a 75m2 two-bedroom house in construction, an existing casita, rancho, and bodega. A new drilled well has been added with an abundance of water. A complete pressurized irrigation system has been installed. A beautiful river also runs through the property. Lemoncita live fence, 350 cocobolo seedlings, and approximately 500 other fruit trees, including papaya, star fruit, Jack fruit, Red sapote, and Dragon fruit. Coconut, mango, orange and tangerine, soursop, guavas, apple, yuplon, banana, plantain, and passion fruit. There is also a Ginger and turmeric garden. The measurements are Casita 5mx5m, Bodega 6mx5m, and the Enclosed structure, which includes the rancho, 35mx7m, of which the rancho is 7mx7m. The new house is 13mx6m. Pura Vida!
